Tessa Marchand-Smith

Tessa is one of the firm's Senior Registered Legal Executives in the Property and Commercial teams. Tessa deals with the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property transactions, including work on large subdivisions and projects.

Tessa grew up in Queenstown and has a deep connection with the local community. After graduating from Wakatipu High School, she managed a large retail store before joining Todd Walker to start her career in the legal field. 

Todd Walker’s experienced and diverse teams have enabled Tessa to gain experience across all areas within the firm, including property, litigation, and commercial law. 

When she’s not working, Tessa enjoys spending time with her dog, enjoying the endless walks/hikes Otago has to offer, and travelling.
