Sarah specialises in property and trust law with broad expertise across both the personal and business sectors. She has a wealth of experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, refinancing, personal and business asset planning, trust establishment and administration, estate planning, including wills and enduring powers of attorney, and administration of estates.

Sarah has diverse property law experience and has acted for many local and national clients in the property sector. Her focus is on developing an understanding of her client’s needs, whether that be a person buying their first home or an entrepreneur starting or expanding a business, and delivering practical, personal legal advice. Sarah has undertaken a significant number of trust reviews for the firm's trust clients and has a very thorough understanding of the new legislative requirements regarding the correct management of trusts. 

Originally from the Wairarapa, Sarah graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. Prior to working for Todd Walker, Sarah spent eight years working in general practice firms in Queenstown and Wānaka and has developed a vast knowledge of the Queenstown Lakes region.

Sarah chose law as she loves meeting a diverse range of clients and being involved in a client’s growth and development, both personally and within the community.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys skiing in the winter months and hiking, biking, running, and paddleboarding in summer.
