Louise is the firm’s Office Manager, responsible for the firm's support and administration teams. Louise also provides support to the operational management of the firm across finance, human resources, compliance, IT and systems, brand and strategy. 

Louise is the firm’s Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring that the firm complies with its reporting obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.

Louise is originally from the United Kingdom, where she completed a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West of England, and spent time working in a law firm in Bristol before making the move to Queenstown in 2013. Louise has held various customer support and business operational roles over her time in New Zealand. 

Louise enjoys hiking and camping in her spare time, and never tires of the beautiful Queenstown scenery.
