Katie is a solicitor in Todd Walker’s Property and Commercial team.

Katie works closely with Principal Peter Sygrove and the wider property commercial team, assisting with a broad range of matters including property due diligence reporting, residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial contract review, leasing and legal research. Katie also assists with private client work and assists clients with their trusts, wills and estate planning matters.

Katie is a Queenstown local and has recently returned to the district following time spent in Dunedin to complete her legal studies at the University of Otago. Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Politics, Philosophy and Economics) and was admitted to the bar in December 2023.

Katie enjoys connecting and forming relationships with clients, and assisting in local matters where she can see growth in the area she's always called home.

Katie is a keen rugby player, she loves to ski in the winter season and enjoys time on the lake during summer.
