Hadley is an Associate in Todd Walker’s property and commercial team in our Queenstown office. 

Hadley has experience working on sophisticated property and commercial matters and finding commercial solutions to complex legal issues. His areas of expertise include commercial property transactions, subdivisions and property developments, overseas investment, business sales and purchases, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Todd Walker, Hadley spent four years at two separate national New Zealand firms, both in Auckland and in Queenstown. Following this, he spent two years working as an in-house lawyer for a large media infrastructure company in London.

Born and raised in Arrowtown, Hadley attended Wakatipu High School and later graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in History.

Hadley prides himself on coming up with sensible legal solutions for what can initially seem overwhelming. He also really enjoys interacting with clients.

Outside of work, Hadley enjoys skiing in the winter months, reading, and catching up with friends.
