Bella Hutchison is Todd Walker’s Operations Manager.

Bella oversees the firm’s internal systems and processes, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. She is passionate about leveraging technology to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve client service delivery. From optimising document automation to refining practice management systems, Bella ensures that the firm operates with precision.

Before transitioning into operations, Bella practised as a Solicitor, where she specialised in family law. Her work included client consultations, court appearances, and legal drafting. She also led the development of automated client intake forms and system management at her previous firm.

Bella holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, with majors in Marketing and International Business. 

Her passion for innovation, combined with her legal insight and operational leadership, makes Bella an integral part of our team as the firm continues to evolve and grow.
