Ashley is one of Todd Walker's Senior Associates in the civil litigation team.

Ashley has broad expertise in civil litigation, including experience advising on commercial contract disputes, finance and banking disputes, insolvency, and health and safety. She has appeared in both the District Court and the High Court in civil proceedings and has appeared as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Ashley has acted for plaintiffs and defendants in litigation at all levels of the New Zealand Court system and has also achieved successful outcomes for clients out of Court. She has represented a range of clients across the private and public sectors and focuses on providing technically excellent commercial and strategic advice. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients and other members of the team to achieve successful outcomes.

Born and raised in Queenstown, Ashley moved to Wellington to study law at Victoria University and worked in the litigation team for a top Wellington law firm for seven years.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys exploring the outdoors, especially walking and water skiing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
