Katie is a solicitor in Todd Walker's Property, Private Client, and Commercial teams.

She works closely with Principal Peter Sygrove and Senior Associate Sarah Ogilvie, assisting clients across a broad range of matters including trust law, estate planning, property due diligence reporting, residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial contract review, and leasing.

A proud Queenstown local, Katie returned to the district after completing her legal studies at the University of Otago in Dunedin. Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Politics, Philosophy and Economics) and was admitted to the bar in December 2023.

Katie enjoys building strong client relationships and contributing to local matters where she can see the growth and development of the place she has always called home. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends and giving back to the community.

Katie is also a member of the Otago Branch Council for the New Zealand Law Society.
