Every time I saw a phone number ONLY posted in its WORD equivalent, like Cisco's 800-553-24HR, I thought "Great, how can I dial that on my Blackberry?"  And I'd start trying to recall 2=abc, 3=def, etc...

Did you know you can just dial it that way?  While dialing, the letters usually don't work, so try the 'Alt' key you'd normally use for that key's alternate function.  Sure enough!  My phone takes 80055324HR, so I push send and it's dialing 800-553-2447.
